Emergency contact information

In case we experience an incident or accident while out on one of our walks and a walker’s immediate family needs to be contacted, we are asking all those who attend  to carry an easily accessible card with their emergency contact details on.

It just needs to be about credit card size and kept in a wallet, purse or coat pocket.

It simply needs to contain:
Your name
Your address
Phone number/s of next of kin, close friend, etc. More than one contact would be a good idea.

Information on phones is not easily accessible so this would not be a suitable alternative.
