This is a really interesting circular walk going North and West of Bradford on Avon on footpaths, country lanes and across fields. After the first couple of miles we’ll visit Hartley Farm at Winsley where the owners, Richard and Tom Bowles will give us a short guided tour. There will be an opportunity to buy produce, much of which is very locally grown, although you’ll need to carry this for the rest of the walk (about 3 miles). On the return we’ll walk on a section of the MacMillan Way and alongside Inwoods which is now owned by Brian May of Queen and where he’s recently planted a further 100,000 trees.
