A leisurely morning walk with a local bird enthusiast, taking us through fields and woods and alongside the River Avon and Kennet and Avon Canal to spot and listen to local birdlife.  You’ll be surprised at how many different species we’ll see and hear this time of year and we may be lucky and spot kingfishers and herons.

It is a mostly level walk, with a couple of short slopes and is likely to be muddy in places. Binoculars will be useful.

The walk is suitable for interested, well behaved children who must be supervised by an adult.

Please note 8.00 a.m. start time!
